EWB Generation Tool and Attributes and JSON Schema for E-waybill Bulk Generation

New tool for e-waybill generation bulk(Ver 1.0.0618) has been released with patches for existing features and additions of new features. Tax Payers can download the latest tool from the Login page- >help->Bulk Generation Tools->E-waybill JON Preparation. The old version will also be supported for
some more days.

The following changes have been made in the latest version of the tool:

1) Multiple items with same HSN code but with different product description can be entered in EWB.

2) A new column for Total Invoice value has been added in the EWB Generation Tool. The total invoice
value can be sum of assessable amount, taxes and also other charges as mentioned in the invoice.

3) There is no change in JSON schema as such, hence , taxpayers generating EWB JSON file from their system can use the same with change in only version number. Please refer the Attributes link in the web portal for complete details.

The documents contain all the attributes of e-waybill, consolidated e-waybill, Vehicle updation, and
Transporter updation. The attributes will help the user for structuring the data as mentioned in the
document. The corresponding JSON Schema explains the format of the JSON structure. Also, a sample
of JSON file is included for reference. The validations done while uploading the JSON are also listed. This
will help the user to check for these conditions before uploading the file thereby avoiding errors. The
various masters will give you information about Supply type, Sub type, Document type, Transportation
mode, Unit, States, Vehicle type. These masters can be referred while preparing the data for the JSON.
